February 14 | Downtown Long Beach (Mosaic Promenade, Studio One Eleven, and Design District sites) 2-7pm

Locations: Downtown Long Beach, including the Mosaic Promenade, Promenade North, Promenade Square Park, MADE on Pine, LBMA Downtown, East Village Arts District and sites throughout the DTLB Design District. 

  • Attune a multi-locational art activation produced by NOW Art that is launching as a series, starting with our first iteration on Valentines Day. Placed in parks, viewers are encouraged to bring picnic blankets and chairs and come and relax around a light art sculpture to experience a sound art journey created by local artists that will help you lower anxiety, engage with others and spread love.

  • Future Fest is a one-day block takeover produced by Space Beach Law Lab that brings the wonder of space back to the street. Inspired by the wide-eyed optimism of the Space Age, this playful, hands-on celebration invites the community to explore, listen, create, and imagine, no lectures, no jargon, just curiosity. Enjoy live music and DJs, space-inspired art and vintage NASA graphics, family-friendly story time, and tactile science activities for all ages. Long Beach is a Space Town, come play, look up, and leave with your head in the stars.

  • Coulter Jacobs: This Side of Truth  brings together painting, sculpture, writing, and performance in a body of work shaped by endurance, memory, and transformation. Drawing from American traditional tattoo culture and abstract expressionism, Jacobs fuses personal mythology with the rhythms of everyday labor. Marked by process, honesty, and emotional resilience, this exhibition reflects an artist deeply committed to the long arc of making, on his own terms.

  • Black History Month Legacy and Unity Festival: A free outdoor festival honoring African American history, culture, and future. The event features live performances, Black-owned businesses, cultural exhibits, wellness resources, and family-friendly activities, bringing the community together to celebrate legacy and unity.

  • Lunar New Year Art Installation marks the 11th year of Intertrend sharing this annual tradition with the Long Beach community. Celebrating the Year of the Horse at the Psychic Temple, the installation invites neighbors and visitors to gather, play, and experience interactive art that brings Lunar New Year traditions to life through a blend of digital and analog elements, creating a shared moment of joy, connection, and optimism as we welcome the new year together.

  • Artist’s Alley – Leading up to NOW Art’s Attune sound and light installation at Promenade Square Park, an Artists’ Alley will feature outdoor installations including Lucent Shifts by Olga Lah, a reflective, free-form work that transforms with light and movement, and Telephone Lines by Nick Dynice, an interactive network of analog phones inviting visitors to dial into voices, stories, and shared moments of connection.

  • A Vintage Splendor Pop-up: Popping up at Studio One Eleven for a one day appearance from 12pm – 3pm – Beth Jones (@BJonesStyle) and Annette Vartanian (@VintageSplendor) both known for their elevated, vintage-forward approach to personal style are hosting a Closet Sale + style soirée. This curated shop-and-schmooze invites fellow fashion lovers to browse standout pieces from their closets, connect IRL, and make an afternoon of it. Come shop, mingle, and hang out with us because great style is better with good company.
