Mission
We are a hub for creativity, design, and innovation in Long Beach’s urban core.
As a vibrant district, we foster community engagement and drive economic growth. By connecting creative organizations and businesses, we enrich cultural experiences and strengthen the local economy.
Our key initiatives include enhancing public spaces, hosting dynamic networking events, building infrastructure for creatives, streamlining regulations, and unlocking financial incentives to support the district’s continued growth.

Long Beach in Motion: Games City 2028
Youth movement, Olympic spirit — Long Beach leads the way to 2028
The collaboration of RHSA and Creative Class Collective created this Olympic preview. Students worked with industry choreographers to create a medley supporting the Olympics coming to Long Beach. The sites captured Olympic spots, past and upcoming. The timeline for this project was approximately 4 weeks and included a one-day shoot that included 8 different sites, giving students a taste of the industry in this work-based learning experience.
